Working knowledge in DHTML, XML, SGML, Perl, ASP, VC++, and VB. Experience in SGML conversion and utilities such as Omnimark and Balise is an added advantage.

Scanning Operators
Independent working knowledge of the latest colour scanner equipment. Experience in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Freehand, and CorelDraw is a prerequisite. Candidates with graduate degrees/diplomas in printing technology with 2-3 years' experience will be preferred.

The world is moving towards ethical business strategies; whether it is our customers, employees, or suppliers, everyone is looking for dependability and protection of their interests. Hence, honesty is not only the best policy but is the best business policy. Corporate integrity is the foundation of our code of business conduct. Our business transaction policies clearly outline the procedures to be strictly followed by employees while dealing with the company's customers, such as committing them to obtaining and conducting business legally and ethically.
Protecting intellectual property
'In Newgen, applying thought is a way of life.' We adhere to this philosophy by constantly innovating processes, systems, and practices. Employees of Newgen will ensure that all third parties hired for any assignment have signed an agreement undertaking to assign the intellectual property rights to Newgen and will use the proprietary material of others only under licence.
Practicing ethical competition
Newgen operates in a highly competitive marketplace. As a part of Newgen's team, employees will come into contact with competition in some way or other in the marketplace. Our policy states that Newgen will compete only in an ethical and legitimate manner, and towards this end, Newgen and its employees will not indulge in acts that illegally prevent or distort competition. Any employee who has joined from a competitor is to ensure that he/she does not disclose any information that the competitor may regard as a trade secret. |
