Newgen will now be able to offer "best-shore" solutions to its clients world-wide.
Through this merger, Newgen adds a 50-member strong team and deep domain expertise in the production for the high quality text-book market. This acquisition is a significant milestone in Newgen's strategy towards creating a strong value proposition for customers in the US which is strong emerging as the fastest growing market for the outsourcing of publishing and data services.
